"Creative Genius” and “Brand Builder” are the phrases that come to mind when I think about Kelsey. I’ve known Kelsey for the last ten months, during which we worked on various marketing campaigns together. Above all, I was impressed with Kelsey’s ability to create visually stunning marketing creative, strong project management and leadership qualities, and remarkable understanding of how to capture and translate a brand's DNA through her work by creating memorable experiences for internal teams and clients. And, of course, her collaborative and supportive nature. Kelsey would be a true asset for any positions requiring creative direction and project management skills and comes with my heartfelt recommendation."

"Kelsey designed and led programming for CODE's Mental Health Awareness Month. Through her expertise and interest in art as a stress-reliever, Kelsey designed and ran a virtual program for CODE to empower other Slalomers to engage with art in a way that encouraged positive mental health practices. Kelsey was proactive, persistent, and fast-acting throughout. I was part of the Mental Health Awareness Month programming committee for CODE. Last month, while finalizing programming, the program leads considered adding an art-focused event. I reached out to Kelsey and she IMMEDIATELY jumped in -- fully owning and quickly bringing to life what was just a "What if?" idea. Her impact was immediate and highly valued. She envisioned the event, prepared the curriculum, led practice sessions within CODE, and formally ran the event. Additionally, she offered her creative design skills to CODE to create promotional material."

"Quite near to an event, we were informed that the original facilitator was no longer able to make it. Kelsey didn't hesitate to jump in and help, and took her own time to put together an outstanding event! The event was a huge success and provided several team members with the change to unwind and bit and express their creativity and feelings in a thoughtful way, especially following a very rough time for everyone. Kelsey put people first and her caring nature and genuine love for art was evident to everyone that attended. Thank you so much Kelsey!"

"Thank you Kelsey Hach for the passion and creativity you've brought in developing the visuals (like the one above) for Lurie Children's Camp Urban Explorers. Last year, the designs were so well received by hospital staff and campers and you really outdid yourself this year with the designs, placing the squirrel in each week's graphic bringing in the creative and making it interactive. You have been so fun to work with and truly have shown such a big heart to bring the feel of camp to life for the patients otherwise unable to attend camp." Thank you for all you do in service of our community, Kelsey! Partners for Good is proud to celebrate your leadership, volunteerism, and the positive difference you've mad."

"Kelsey hosted an Art Break for The Studio (Global Marketing). Her ability to manage the team/conversation, respond so thoughtfully and intentionally to each person, and plan such a rewarding and impactful experience. I very much appreciated her taking time out of her day to support our team's relationship and connection."

"I felt incredibly supported as Kelsey gave me an entire break-down of current creative processes, resources, and habits. One of the 1st emails I received was a list of helpful creative links (of which I still reference to this day). It felt like I was able to jump in and start doing creative execution the second I started. Further, Kelsey took an active high-touch role making sure to consistently check-in with me at least twice a week or more in the beginning. This helped me immensely in terms of ranking and prioritizing requests as I was able to see the process of doing so in real-time. Further, when I started to feel stressed or overwhelmed I was able to simply hop on a call with Kelsey within the hour and quickly create a manageable plan to easily execute on. Kelsey also helped me seriously level-up my project management skills as I was integrated into the creative tracker platform seamlessly. Prior to this I was completely unaware of how up-in-the-air my past creative tracking process was. The idea of estimated vs actual hours had never passed my mind, I would simply just "create more, better, stuff". By sticking to processes, guidelines, and consistency Kelsey has helped lift the veil of professional, corporate, creative execution for me, This has made me feel empowered and excited to continue on my path to improve at my role here. Thank you!"

"Thank you Kelsey for supporting the graphic design for the COVID-19 exposure notification white paper. I know it's not easy trying to design graphics for a topic that is unique and different. I also know it's not the easiest to explain how a graphic should look like, but nonetheless, you did a terrific job of designing the graphics that best explained the situation. Thank you for your support during pretty hectic times!"

"Kelsey...I want to recognize and thank you for your dedication and contributions to the global Horizons ERG. Kelsey has been Horizon’s Global Design Lead since Spring 2020. In that time, Kelsey's design skills and leadership have elevated Horizons in myriad ways; she is singularly responsible for building the Horizons logo, our PowerPoint toolkit, and designing, developing, and delivering first-of-its-kind Horizons Gear in 2022. Kelsey has led all this work on an above-and-beyond basis and Horizons has benefited from her valuable design eye and skills. Kelsey exemplifies the Slalom value of “Do what is right, always.” She proactively taught herself accessible design practices and brought them back to Horizons, ensuring that we are being inclusive in the ways that we communicate and work. Kelsey led the selection of Horizons’ color palette, which was intentionally selected to be high-contrast and aligned to industry recommendations to support colorblindness. Accessible design principles are newer to Slalom and Kelsey has served as an ambassador for Horizons to global teams like Global Marketing to build accessible assets for Mental Health Awareness Month (May 2022) and Disability and Neurodiversity Awareness Month (Oct 2022). And...I'm loving my Horizons fleece which I wear all the time! Kelsey...thank you for all that you do for Horizons, our people and our communities."
